YTW Growth Capital, through its Limited Partnerships and Funds invests either

• Directly at a pre Initial Public Offering (IPO) stage or,
  
  
• Utilizing the TSX Venture Exchange’s CPC program.
  
  
  • The CPC program contemplates a seed round of financing for Capital Pool Companies (CPCs) that takes place at a 50% discount to the price at which the CPC’s IPO is done.
    
    
  • When the CPC structure is utilized, YTW Growth Capital’s CPCs complete Qualifying Transactions (“QTs”, essentially reverse takeovers) with investment candidates identified as being part of the YTW Growth Capital program.
